The only thing that attitude tells me is that their customers are not the problem. The real problem is those field sellers are uncomfortable with their own ignorance. They’re uncomfortable with not knowing the answers to their problems and are unwilling to admit it.

As a result, they pretend things are going ok. They’re not just afraid of new ideas, they’re afraid of taking the risks of changing.

But worst of all, their ego keeps them from being successful...

My grandfather passed away when I was six years old, leaving my grandmother to live all alone on their farm. From that time on almost every Sunday after church my family and I went to her house for dinner. She was a wonderful cook.  She had given birth to 8 kids and was a wonderful, 3cook.
